Scope of works:
- To build and maintain reputable company image and the company relationship with communities and other stakeholders in Tuban
- To avoid any kind of disturbances within the Tuban Plant operation
- To implement & monitor CSR program, Community Development Program and Stakeholder Engagement program and create structured mechanism for tracking the objective
- To manage Land management, permitting and government relation
- To manage administration management
Requirements:
Education :
- Bachelor Degree in any major
Experience :
- Minimum 3 years in superintendent and 2 year in managerial position
- Minimum 3 years experience as senior committee members in social organizations
Computer literacy :
Advance in Ms. Office, Lotus notes & Internet
Language :
Good communication skills in Bahasa and English ( oral and written )
Other qualification / skills :
- Passionate on adding values to societies,
- Meet requirement on Holcim Leadership skills for SML
- Align mind set and attitude with Holcim Values
- Good social, culture and community knowledge
- Human being relationship skills, maturity on handling conflict & social issues,
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- General knowledge of security system, land management, permitting, land swap processand general administration
- Knowledge of the relevant rules and legislations
- Knowledge of the situation of political, social and economical in the current condition
- Hand on experience on social mapping, stakeholder engagement and developing relevant program
